Celebrity Impressions

As suggested by Ted Hobgood .

1. Impressions should start with 'hey i'm <name of celebrity>.' There are a lot of celebrities out there.
2. Use movie quotes from not as popular movies. I can't get enough Jim Carrey quotes from Once Bitten.
3. Impressions work well when the celebrities have history, like the Ike and Tina Turner scene.
4. Combine celebrities, such as use Chris Walkens dancing skillz and Mohammad Ali's stutter.
5. If you are impersonating a dead celebrity, you are just playing a ghost.
6. Challenge yourself with familiar faces but no name celebrities, such as that guy with a scar from Gladiator/Braveheart.
7. Speaking of Gladiator, Russell Crowe is Austrailian even though he speaks American in the movie. Be authentic and play him as an asshole.
8. If you play a celebrity playing a celebrity, you suck.
9. Not all celebrities act like famous people. You can be Reese Witherspoon working at Starbucks.
10. Reality TV does not make you a celebrity, but being the Travelocity Gnome does.
